WHAT isn't Vietnamese? The waitstaff? This affects the experience? The food is a delight, as was the service. I suspect either the review is written by someone sadly lacking an educated palate, or in retaliation for some slight at the hand of one of the lovely waitpersons. Is follow up to post by understand06 ... stay hidden, food and service not so great, and they are not even Vietnamese. -- 7/13/2001 9:33:54 AM
